Open Show – 11/4/10
Firstly I would like to express my thanks to the officers and committee of the club for the very hospitable welcome I received. I had a very pleasant day & would like to thank the exhibitors for their support & sportsmanship. I thoroughly enjoyed the appointment.
Best in show went to the Mittel – Spellcast Secret & Lies, on the decision of referee Molly Hunter. Niki Allison and I were in agreement on Reserve Best in Show which was the Klein - Stormavon Special to Me. Best Puppy & Reserve Best Puppy in show awards went to the Mittels Caoilta Iceni, and Caoilta Wicca respectively. Best Veteran in Show went to the Mittel, Studholme Kiss N Tell.

1st Clayton’s Studholme Bronco Kid – Small made, pale cream dog. Stood four square. Small neat ears, good dark pigment & dark oval eye. Correct wedge shaped head. Moved nicely.

1st O’Loughlin’s Caoilta Wicca– Lovely white boy. Good bone, and stood four square. Well coated & presented in pristine condition. Correct wedge shaped head, with sweet expression. Tail set correct and carried well. Moved well once settled. (B.P.D & R.B.P.I.S)

1st Beard’s Flamuna Franz Ferdinand – Black dog, up to size. Strong masculine head. Correct well set ears. Not in full coat but what he had was of correct harsh texture. Good depth of chest. Nice overall shape. Moved well.
2nd Hills’s Wyndlee Sweet Talking Guy of Sobriety – O/W parti. Longer in body than 1. Well coated & nicely presented. Needs to develop in front as moving a little close. Has time on his side.
3rd Pooley’s Wyndlee Short & Sweet at Azkaban
4th Dreschler’s Wyndlee Blowin in the Wind at Jeansway

1st Winser’s Nixtev Notorious of Lysebourne –Small made, but completely in proportion. Excelled in movement. Attractive masculine wedge shaped head. Good depth of chest, and well sprung rib. Lovely outline. Not in full coat, but of correct texture.
2nd Smith’s Wyndlee Ghostly Magic – Good masculine head. Dark oval eye, neat well set ears. In full coat, presented beautifully, just not moving as well as 1 today.

1st Mullholland’s Zephon Spookz the Tempest – Well coated & presented. A masculine boy, up to size, with good bone. Adequate reach of neck & depth of chest. The sweetest expression and that lovely spitz temperament. Moved well with purpose.
2nd Hill’s Sobriety Hot Chocolate – Brown dog. Another up to size. Moved out well. Strong head, lovely dark eye. Good tailset & carried well. Slightly longer set than 1.
3rd Dickinson’s Nixtev Inferno

1st Hewett’s Spellcast Secret & Lies J.W. (Best Dog & B.O.B & B.I.S) – Presented immaculately in lovely coat. Strong masculine head, of correct wedge shape. Pleasing expression. Nice dark oval eye, and correctly placed ears. Good depth of chest, and well sprung rib. Adequate layback of shoulder. Good hindquarters. Moved effortlessly & in good firm condition.
2nd Chamber’s CH. Druitz Corncracker for Teamspitz J.W. Sh CM (R B.D.) – Smaller than 1, not in full coat, though well presented & handled. Lovely head and sweet expression. Always been a favourite of mine, just not as positive today as 1.
3rd Hewett’s CH. Spellcast Talk to me

1st Clayton’s Studholme Kiss N Tell (B.V.I.S) – Small cream, perfectly proportioned. Lovely head & the sweetest expression. Good ears. Short coupled and stood four square. One of the best movers of the day.
2nd Orchard’s Runfold Fatal Attraction at Spilmah – Longer in body than 1. Good depth of chest. Moved out well. Dark eye & lovely expression. Well coated and nicely presented.
3rd Pooley’s Wyndlee Fallen Angel from Azkaban

1st Beard’s Goldenwhin Minnie the Minx – Correct head & nice oval eye. Well coated & presented. Moved ok.

1st Thurston’s Caoilta Iceni – The most gorgeous feminine wedge shaped head and expression. Neat well set ears. Lovely dark eye and pigment. Well coated and presented in immaculate coniditon. Good reach of neck, and depth of chest. Well sprung rib. Good tail carriage, well boned, neat front & moderately angulated rear giving good drive on the move. A very promising youngster. 2nd Hill’s Pufnstuff Put a Spell on you at Sobriety – Longer set than 1. Pretty feminine head, good ears. Lacking coat today, but of correct texture. Moved ok.

1st Beard’s Spawood No holds Barred – Orange bitch. Moved ok once settled. In good coat. Sweet expression, good head & used ears well. Nicely boned. Good reach of neck, and depth of chest. Lovely outline.
2nd Hewett’s Wyndlee Sweeter Than Wine – Nicely presented. Neat head and lovely expression. Moved ok. Typical spitz temperament.
3rd Cleworth’s Studholme Queen to Be

1st Hill’s Sobriety Fifth Element – Sweet bitch. Not in full coat, but this emphasised her correct shape, and overall balance. Good wedge head, with correct eye, and neat well set ears. Carried tail well. Moved with drive.
2nd Hall’s Spilmah Affair to B at Pufnstuff – Smaller bitch than 1. Correct head proportions. Moved ok, though a little wide in front. Well presented and stood well on table.
3rd Andrews’ Runfold Marsh Mallo

1st O’Loughlins Caoilta KitKat – Well balanced brown girl. Feminine head & expression. In good coat, and presented immaculately. Nice outline. Good bone. Correct eye. Showed well, and moved briskly.
2nd Orchard’s Spilmah Affair to Say – Nice bitch, showed well, at one with her young handler. Lovely head, correct eye & ear. In lovely coat of correct texture. Moved out well. Not as balanced as 1.

1st Chamber’s Ch. Nosregor Bewitched for Musique – Lovely shaped bitch. Nice head, with correct dark eye, and neat ears. Typical spitz temperament, a real show girl. Neat front & moderately angulated rear giving good drive on the move. Well handled. Presented in good coat and firm condition. A lovely example. (Best Bitch)
2nd Orchard’s Ch. Pennypot Enchantress with Spilmah – Smaller than 1, but in proportion. Well coated, and presented in immaculate condition. Moved well.
3rd Beard’s Ch. Danacks Winnie the Witch
