Livingston Canine Society

Beagle Junior (5, 2 abs, 1 trsf)

1st – Findlay’s Rhiconich Glenda – Blanket tri bitch of 13 months shown in good condition. Looked a nice picture stacked. Good temperament. Nice long leathers. Good pigment and correct dentition. Good level topline when stacked with correct tailset and carriage. Excellent bend of stifle with well muscled quarters. Nice short coat. Well handled.

2nd – Bink’s Tannahill Katy

Beagle Post Graduate (6, 2 abs)

1st – Watson & Fallon’s Newlin Anchor Chief – 19 month old t/w dog with the most melting expression. Nice dark pigment and long leathers, set on low, framing his handsome head. Slightly arched neck leading on to a level topline, held on the move and when stacked. Well laid back shoulders. Good short coat. Nicely muscled quarters which helped him power round the ring with reach and drive. Looked a picture on the move. Good bend of stifle. Nice tight feet. Good tail carriage. Well sprung ribs.Expertly handled to get the best out of him. Maturing into a very nice dog who should do well in the future. Best of Breed. Unfortunately could not compete in the group.

2nd – Doran & Paton’s Craigmount Time Will Tell

3rd – Bennett’s Newlin Walnut

Beagle Open ( 7, 2 abs)

A good class. Difficult decision, first 3 were very nice, yet very different dogs. Just felt that 1 had the most positive movement.

1st – Hill’s Dapperdawg Heart of Kaos JW – T/W bitch with beautiful soft expression. 19 months old. Nice dark eye. Good leathers framing a feminine face. Nicely arched neck. Good depth of chest and ribs well sprung. Well muscled quarters and good bend of stifle. Moved out well with good reach and drive. Good short coat. Really well handled. Just felt that the cold conditions affected her performance today.

2nd – Brown & Todd’s Bayard Garrick of Ramsayville

3rd – Findlay’s Rhiconich Chico
