Puppy Dog (1:0)

1st - NEWMAN, Ms R J – MORGANNA ZATAR

9 ½ month old puppy that caught my attention as soon as he walked in. This puppy is everything I was looking for; masculine, correct size & coat, full of substance and character. A handsome head with a bright expression, he is well balanced with correct body proportions, good depth and spring of ribs, well boned and correct amount of muscle coverage for his age, moved soundly, however would like him to strengthen slightly in rear to enable him to cover the ground better, handler could also do with moving out with him to help this. I preferred his overall size and balance and was pleased to award him Best Dog and in agreement with my fellow judge to award him Best Puppy.

Post Graduate Dog (3:1)

1st -SPILLANE, MR D & MRS J -BELATARR JUPITER

18 month old male, of larger frame than I prefer, nice head outline and in proportion to body however I would personally prefer a shorter muzzle. well muscled neck running into well placed shoulders, both front and rear angulation correct, he has fantastic muscle tone on his hindquarters, which he put to use on the move where he covered the ground with ease and enthusiasm.

2ND – HOWARD, MRS S M & MR L W – ZOLDMALI U R SPECIAL (IMP HUN)

Smaller in frame than 1, preferred the overall balance and masculinity to 1 in this class. 5 year old male who is well muscled, plenty of rib, would like more length to him as too compact for my liking. Moved positively with enthusiasm.

Open Dog (3:0)

1st - SPILLANE, MR D & MRS J – BELATARR CHARLIE PARKER ShCM

Close decision in this class as liked all 3 of these males, however this male was of more to my preference in size and outline. Masculine Male, with typical male head, soft expression, with plenty of facial covering. Correct bone and plenty of muscle in all the right places, nice length of neck leading into well laid back shoulders, good spring and depth of chest, nothing over or under exaggerated with this dog, he moved well around the ring, was close decision for best dog, he just lacked the showmanship of the youngster.

2nd - HOWARD, MRS  -LANOKK SZIVOS JW

I liked this dog however slightly finer in bone and smaller in size to 1 but is still balanced in outline. This dog had the best feet of the day nice arched tight feet. Strong rear angulation which he used to his advantage on the move, although he is a little proud of his tail

3RD - SPILLANE, MR D & MRS J – SH CH BELATARR HERCULES
